Corbin’s D-SF-848-11 Front Seat is made specifically for Ducati Streetfighter, 848 & 1100 (2009-2015).

Neutralized platform curbs the tendency to slide in the saddle.
Corbin seat installs like stock and reuses the stock bolts. Just lift up the corners of the stock seat and remove the mounting bolts. Install the Corbin seat in it’s place and re-install the bolts. In the front, the Corbin seat uses the same mounting location though our brackets are slightly different than stock.
Corbin saddles (with very few exceptions) include Genuine Leather Seating to provide a luxurious look and feel.

Built to keep a nice clean look on your bike and fit into the body groove. This seat is specifically designed to provide additional support in the rider area with more width and a dished seating platform. Meanwhile we kept the nose of the seat narrow and low so you still have good ground reach. A complete ground up design starting with our Fibertech basepan, when combined with the correct shaping, gives your body firm support for longer riding range without hot spots.

Since it’s a complete new saddle, you can save your stock Ducati seat as a fancy collectable paperweight or mount it on your garage wall for posterity. The genuine leather cover with Carbon-Fiber looks really trick combined with the new Asphalt material in the side and a color coordinated welt. This tasteful design augments the sleek, artistic shape of the Corbin saddle design.

When the seat finally arrives, you’re going to be rightfully excited to take it for a ride. If the sun is shining you’re not far away from open road because installation is simple. No need for a trip to the local Duc dealer for this install. Just remove the stock seat and install the Corbin saddle in its place. We include brackets premounted on the seat so it’s ready to go right out of the box.

FIBERTECH BASEPAN: A purpose built, hybrid material that provides a firm foundation to support the carefully designed ergonomics of the Corbin saddle. Provides a precision fit to every arc and contour of the machine and rides on rubber bumpers to protect your paint. We always design our basepans as flat as possible so bumps or odd shapes don’t telegraph through the foam to your body.

COMFORT CELL FOAM: The heart of the Corbin saddle! Our exclusive, purpose built foam material, called Comfort Cell, was created to provide a firm, resilient ride that doesn’t break down. ERGONOMIC SHAPING: A major part of the design criteria of the Corbin saddle is the Ergonomic shape. This means the saddle’s foam shape is designed to emulate the curves of the human body. This provides more square inches of body contact and helps to eliminate hot spots. This shaping also neutralizes the seating platform to help curb sliding in the saddle which reduces fatigue. PATENTED MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY: Always an innovator, Mike Corbin invented Integrated Molding technology which is now the process by which all Corbin saddles are made. This process allows extremely tight tolerances and creates a chemical bond between the foam and base material.
